The role
A Vacancy exists within our Bolton office for a customer support advisor - Supporting customers in our busy office from clients nationwide. The job role includes the below.
- Manage day to day call handling and task logging in line with NWCE company processes
- To meet predefined target times, SLA’s and KPI’s by Managing incoming tasks into our crm and database
- Solution and problem solver mentality and methodology required.
- Empathetic response to customer queries, faults and enquiries, also updating customers on outstanding tasks.
- Answer incoming calls into the office from internal colleagues and clients
- Ensure the company system is updated and calls are logged with all relevant information in line with NWCE company policies
- Liaise with the Regional Service co-coordinators and highlight/escalate any known issues or queries that may impact on service delivery to our clients
- To be flexible and adaptable where required
- Portal Management for clients

The candidate
- Experience within a busy Service environment to meet SLA's and KPI's
- Understanding of service delivery
- Foodservice equipment knowledge desired but not essential
- Departmental knowledge to facilitate best working practices
- Reporting to our organisation in a professional manner
Will be required to work a 40 hr week working within a shift pattern of 8-5. 1hr for lunch
